This is a private reference resource, not a Marshall County or Oklahoma government office. We cannot confirm custody, authorize anyone's release, post bond, schedule a visit, or retrieve an official booking or release record. Contact the agency that holds the record or person directly.
Official Offices and Record Routes
The right destination depends on the custody system. Marshall County jail questions belong with the sheriff, court orders and case events belong with the Court Clerk, and Oklahoma state-prison or supervision records belong with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Federal and immigration custody use separate federal locators.
Marshall County Sheriff and Jail
Marshall County Sheriff's Office and Marshall County Jail207 N. Fourth St.
Madill, OK 73446
Main and dispatch: 580-795-2221
General fax: 580-795-3869
The official sheriff page lists Lesley Thomas for record requests, offender registration, and process service. Call 580-795-2221 and choose option 3, fax 580-795-3869, or email offender.registration@mcsheriffoffice.org. For jail administration, call option 2 or email jail.admin@mcsheriffoffice.org; the jail fax is 580-795-7524. Samuel Craft is listed as jail administrator.
The facility listing says “Open 24/7,” but separate records-unit hours are not published. Call option 3 before an in-person records visit. Marshall County does not provide a sheriff release-record request form online, nor does it publish a release-record or booking-photo fee. Ask for the cost, delivery method, and estimated completion time before authorizing paid work.
Marshall County Court Clerk

Phone: 580-795-3278
Hours: 8:30 a.m. to noon and 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Court Clerk Angela Maldonado's office maintains permanent District Court proceedings and appearance dockets. Use this office for case filings, court orders, bond rulings, dismissals, sentences, and docket questions. A court record may explain why custody changed, but the sheriff's booking record is the better source for the time and disposition recorded when the jail stay ended.
Oklahoma Corrections and Supervision
For a person who entered state custody or ODOC community supervision, begin with the OK Offender search and the ODOC Offender Info page. A county-only bond release or completed county jail term may not appear there. ODOC states that exact future release dates are generally confidential without a legitimate need. Its page links a form specifically titled “Closed Records Request Form,” which should not be treated as a universal open-records form.
Marshall County is not plainly assigned to an office in ODOC's visible Probation and Parole Services directory. Do not guess Durant or Ardmore. A supervised person's Certificate of Release, reporting instructions, assigned officer, or current ODOC confirmation is the safer route. Victims seeking state release information may contact ODOC Victim Services at 405-425-2607 or victim.services@doc.ok.gov.
Federal and Immigration Custody
A sentenced federal prisoner should be checked through the Federal Bureau of Prisons Inmate Locator. An immigration detainee belongs in the ICE Online Detainee Locator System. Neither system is a Marshall County jail roster. A federal result showing release from BOP custody does not rule out another hold or later supervision, and a missing ICE result does not by itself prove release.
U.S. Probation, Eastern District of Oklahoma300 W. Evergreen
Durant, OK 74701
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays, except federal holidays
The Eastern District of Oklahoma probation office is relevant only to federal supervision. It does not manage Marshall County probation, ODOC parole, county jail releases, or ICE detention.
Use these paths according to the question:
- For a released person or a dated release record, the home page lays out the complete Marshall County search and records-request sequence.
- For state post-release supervision, use the Parole & Probation page and the person's own ODOC reporting instructions.
- For a same-day custody change, check the 24-Hour Release List fallback, which explains why Marshall County has no public rolling feed.
- For timing or alerts, compare the Projected Release Date limits with the VINELink Check.
- For the local facility's address, administration, and release route, use the Marshall County Jail page listed in the footer.
- For a sentenced Oklahoma prisoner, use OK Offender and ODOC records rather than a county booking search.
- For federal or immigration detention, use the BOP or ICE locator that matches the custody type.
