Purpose and Ownership

This is a private reference site. It does not speak for a sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, parole or probation office, federal agency, or immigration authority. The site points readers toward Marshall County and Oklahoma government sources, including the sheriff, jail, court system, ODOC services, and appropriate federal locators. Oklahoma public records remain subject to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 O.S. §§ 24A.1 et seq., and any other law that makes a record confidential. Some pages also provide access to outside research tools that have their own terms.
